20-day early morning Asana, Pranayama & Meditation Intensive

Join Hart and Donna and challenge yourself to 20 days of deepening your meditation and asana practice each morning. Learn to practice in a way that is well balanced, safe and consistent. Explore the full range of yoga poses as we work with a different focus each week. Develop and vary your practice with the dynamic movement of Vinyasa along with the stability and depth of sensation in long supported holds. In these sequences you will discover how to let your body, nervous system and mind adapt and recover from practice to practice, day to day. This Intensive is a great way to start to practice in a more regular and committed way, and offers a unique opportunity to take daily class with Hart and Donna and learn from the richness and depth of their experience.

Monday to Friday from 6h30am-8h30am each morning

Week 1 – June 3-7 : Inversions, Backbends and Twists
Week 2 – June 10-14 : Vinyasa and the Ashtanga Primary series
Week 3 – June 17-21 : Ropes, Chairs and props
Week 4 – June 24-28 : Restoratives – Recuperatives

$375.00 + tax, for all four weeks (20 days)
