This 10-hour intensive weekend is suitable for intermediate to advanced level students.

10 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Asana and Meditation)
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Restorative Yoga and Pranayama)
Fees: $250 plus tax (payment before July 24 to reserve your spot)
