Bridging the Gap Between Physiotherapy and Yoga

60 hour Intensive Training with Hart Lazer and Marie Saulnier
4 weekends x 15 hours each

Senior yoga teacher Hart Lazer and accomplished physiotherapist Marie Saulnier team-up to explore the fascinating areas where yoga and physiotherapy gap, overlap and compliment each other.

This workshop will involve a cycle of: asana targeted to a specific area of the body, a lesson on the musculoskeletal and functional anatomy of that area, and a group discussion about the common problems, potential solutions and contraindications for this area of the body.

During this intensive you will have the opportunity to develop tools to assess common problems in yoga (and daily life) and learn how to address them with skill and knowledge. These tools can help make your teaching and touching/adjusting skills subtler and yet more effective; where simple assessments can have profound effects.

Join Hart and Marie for this enriching Intensive Training.
