Are you curious about different ways in which to meditate? Join Hélène on Wednesday evenings for 8 weeks, and dip your toe into alternate methods of meditation. We will explore breath meditation, meditation on mind-body sensations, meditation on a question, and walking meditation. We will begin with a period of explanation followed by meditation, and finish up with a short discussion. Join us for this enlightening course.

Hélène Authier discovered meditation in 1999 at the Sivananda Centre, where she began practicing transcendental meditation. She has continued to study meditation under several teachers, including Hart Lazer, Ken McLeod, and Albert Low, late director of the Montreal Zen Centre.
