Weeks 2 to 6:
Looking back on your personal practice (10 minutes), theory and loving-kindness meditation toward a benefactor, a friend, a neutral person, a “conflicting” person, and all living beings (40 minutes), sharing (10 minutes).

Please arrive on time. No experience with meditation required. Wear comfortable clothing; chairs available if necessary.

Hélène Authier discovered meditation in 1999 at the Sivananda Centre, where she began practicing transcendental meditation, and then continued her study of various types of meditation under several teachers, including Hart Lazer, Ken McLeod, and Albert Low, late director of the Montreal Zen Centre.
