Join Jamie two mornings a week for a centering and invigorating practice to begin your day. This 6-Week series will focus on getting the body moving with the power and strength of Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series.
While the primary sequence’s main focus is forward-bending and hip-opening, students of all disciplines like the physical challenges that come with the full expression of asana. Breath, bandha, drishti and vinyasa are just some of the topics that will be covered throughout this class series.

$18 + tax per individual class (payment at the studio)

As an artist and athlete growing up, Jamie Lee’s path to yoga took him through a degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Currently his yoga passion draws wisdom from both the Ashtanga and Iyengar systems of asana, while his artistic expression conveys the process of change and transformation. Jamie has been teaching yoga locally and internationally since 2005.
