If you have a group of people at your place of business who are interested in a lunch hour, or end of day yoga class, give us a call and we will arrange for an experienced yoga teacher to come to you. Private Yoga classes for individuals or small groups If you would like private classes for yourself, or for you and a friend or two, we will provide a caring, experienced teacher to custom design yoga classes specifically for your body. Class Descriptions Schedule Beginners Beginners classes provide a safe environment for beginning students to learn the correct form of the basic yoga postures. These postures provide the foundation of a healthy yoga practice. They include Sun Salutations, standing poses, gentle back-strengthening poses, forward bends, and twists. Short sequences of poses will be chained together to give students an experience of the <<flowing>> style of yoga. Intermediate Intermediate classes are for students who have attended Beginners classes and are ready for a more vigorous experience. Basic postures will be presented in more challenging ways and with variations. Some advanced postures will be explored and postures may be chained into longer flowing sequences. Early Morning Open Practice Have you thought about developing your own yoga practice but don't know how? If you already have your own practice, would you like to do it early in the morning in our beautiful, fully-equipped studio? Between 7h45am and 9h45am, Monday through Thursday Po will help you learn to develop your own practice, or you can practice independently. On Fridays, Open Practice is from 7h45am to 11h45am and everyone is welcome. This is a donation class. Suggested minimum donation is $5.00. For information, contact Po at cundersun@yahoo.com or phone Po at 514-527-1953 Sutra Study Join Len on Fridays, from 12:30pm to 1:15pm as a group engages in a detailed study of the 2,200 year old "Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" Currently, the group is studying the first chapter, so every session begins at the very beginning, with the first Sutra.
