United Yoga Montreal is located in the heart of downtown Montreal.

On the north side of Saint Catherine Street West, corner of Saint Alexandre Street

Beside Saint James United Church, in the small building, above the Press Café

Take the stairs up, on the out-side of the building

METRO:

McGill Metro: Beside The Bay department store, exit Union Street / Saint Catherine Street. When outside, turn left and walk south on Union Street. At the intersection, turn left (east) on Saint Catherine Street, about a 2-minute walk.

Place des Arts Metro: Exit on Bleury Street. When out side, walk south on Bleury, to Saint Catherine Street. Turn right (west), walk one block, about 2 minutes.

DRIVING:

Occasional free parking on Saint Catherine Street on evenings and weekends, on the south side of the street. Check signs.

Parking meters: usually 2 hours max.
