Finding Samatolatva (Inner Balance) in a Post-COVID World with Father Joseph Pereira

During the past 2 years, we have shared in a global trauma. Somatolatva is the inner balance we gain with yoga and which aids us as we move with steadiness and ease through this time.

Join us in asana, pranayama, and restorative yoga under the guiding wisdom of Father Joe.
