Finding Samatolatva (Inner Balance) with Father Joseph Pereira

Samatolatva is the inner balance we gain with yoga and which aids us as we move with steadiness and ease through difficult times.  Join us in asana, pranayama, and restorative yoga under the guiding wisdom of Father Joe.
Kripa Foundation Iyengar Yoga™ is a program used to reach out to those afflicted with addiction and addiction-related ailments. Guruji Iyengar recognizes this very special program and its outreach, particularly to those who are marginalized.
