20 days of meditation and asana practice to help build capacity to be with difficulties in our daily life as they present themselves.

By offering this program through Zoom, our intention is to continue our yearly morning intensive – while honoring the new circumstances in which we find ourselves. As always, this intensive is to help support your daily practice, which in turn allows your practice to support you.

Daily Schedule:
Guided Meditation (20 minutes)
Guided Asana Practice – video and audio (55 minutes)
Question and answer period. (15 minutes)

4-Weeks: Monday through Friday
May 18 – June 12, 2020

7:00 am – 8:30 am

$200.00 plus tax paid in full by May 15th, 2020


How It Works:

Zoom ID link for program will be sent by May 17th, 2020

If you cannot be live on zoom with us; we will send the recorded zoom practice to you at your request.

Demonstrations will take place on video setting so you can see us. We will switch to “audio only” to reduce screen time. We will see you but you may not see us. We will have video for specific demonstrations, or any time you need help.

1 Yoga mat
1 Chair
1 Bolster
2-4 blankets
1-2 belts
2-3 blocks
