Newcomers / first visit to UNITED
People are starting everyday at UNITED. Weather you are new to yoga, or experienced, we make it easy.
JUST FOLLOW THESE THREE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Which class is right for you?
Simply decide which level to start with. If you are brand new to yoga, start with a foundations class. Choose from our drop-in class selection, or, try our Absolute Beginners series, (this class is by registration).

If you are attending classes on our drop-in schedule, we have a variety of membership packages to choose from, depending on how often you attend class, & your budget.

- Come on in!
For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early for registration. Bring loose comfortable clothes to wear, (change rooms are provided). Also bring a small size towel; you’ll use it often in our classes. Yoga is practiced in bare feet, and on an empty stomach (do not eat 2-3 hours before class). You can rent a yoga mat from us for $1, however it’s best to bring your own.
