Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through MINDBODY Online. By using our website and making online purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.

1. All passes are non-refundable.
2. All passes are non-transferable.
3. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4. Workshop deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
5. Class passes expire according to type of pass and date of purchase.

All services purchased from United Yoga Montreal must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a waiver form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation.

All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.

The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio. United Yoga Montreal also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.

Furthermore, all applicants release United Yoga Montreal, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

Registration & Purchase

To purchase from United Yoga Montreal online system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

If you do sign up online and (unfortunately!) can't make it to class, make sure you cancel your reservation before the class starts. Otherwise, the class will be charged to your account and/or deducted from your existing membership and/or class card.
