Restorative Yoga was developed to rejuvenate your physical and emotional health by providing a quiet space for rest, relaxation and healing. Postures are practiced in a passive manner, while being supported on props such as blankets and bolsters; and comfortably held for long periods of time.

Yoga Nidra (irest style) is a transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative enquiry. It is restorative in nature, as it will guide you towards recognizing your underlying peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.

All levels welcome. No experience needed.
