Almost everyone has experienced back pain at some point. No matter the origin of discomfort, finding ease is the first step to healing and moving towards a happier place in your body. In this class series we’ll explore different ways of accessing comfort, understanding fundamental relationships between the legs, pelvis and spine and acquire tools to adapt your practice in order to support, restore and strengthen your back. The focus of these classes is to help you understand how to move better and develop healthier habits in your day-to-day posture and your yoga practice.
