Yoga Practices for Women’s Health with Donna Read (ZOOM)

This June, Donna invites you to join her for four mornings of practice as we address women’s issues in terms of hormonal balance and well being. 

This intensive will include sequences for practice during:

Pre-menstrual, menstrual and post-menstrual cycles, problematic menstrual cycles, perimenopause and menopause.

A knowledgeable yoga practice can help to regulate the hormones and sustain and maintain energy during these cycles. Donna will include variations and contra-indications to ensure a safe and effective practice.

This course will take place live on ZOOM and will include feedback where necessary. A link to the recorded class will be available for 7 days.

A note about props:
These practices require props. 1-2 belts, 2 blocks, 3 blankets, a bolster and a chair will be used during these practices. We can work with what you have available in your home, but contact Donna at if you have questions. Ideally you will have a wall (or locked door) available and your mat set up before we begin.
