Growing Your Lotus with Donna Read

Do your hips and knees dislike lotus pose (Padmasana)? Or do you feel you will never be able to do lotus pose? Well, this workshop is for you!

Join Donna to learn how to develop your lotus pose so than it can be expressed to it’s fullest potential. Enjoy hip-opening sequences that will build stability and strength around your hip and knee joints so that you can one day feel grounded and free in this pose.

This course will take place live on ZOOM and will include feedback where necessary. A link to the recorded class will be available for 7 days.

A note about props:
Classes will be adjusted for using basic props. Ideally you will have a wall (or locked door) available and your mat set up before we begin. Additionally, if you have a belt, 2 blocks, 3 blankets, a bolster and a chair available, please have them near by, as we will use them on both days.
