Nine Essential Asanas with Hart Lazer

Senior yoga teacher, Hart Lazer invites you to join him for two days in June as we refine and sharpen our understanding of nine asanas. The asanas span foundation, inversions, and restorative postures. 

Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend)

Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand Prep/Variations)

Pincha Mayurasana (Feathered Peacock Pose / Forearm Stand)

Sirsasana (Headstand)

Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)

Halasana (Plow Pose)

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Supported Bridge Pose)

Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall / “Calm Lake” Posture)

Savasana (Corpse Pose)

This course is designed for students who seek to deepen their understanding of these postures and yoga teachers who wish to enrich their teaching method. This is a perfect opportunity to look a little closer at postures we think we know, but may be in a rut about practicing.
