Restorative Practice + Breath Awareness to

Calm Before the Holidays with Donna Read

The holiday season can be taxing on our energy and sense of calm - so Donna invites you to join her for three evenings of practice to help restore our peace at this time of year. Practices will include long-hold, supported postures to quiet and calm our nervous systems. We will also enjoy breath awareness in order to bring stillness to our minds and bodies.

Dates: Monday evenings - December 1, 8, 15

Time: 6:00 – 7:30 pm

Location: ZOOM

Price: $65 + tax

 

This course will take place live on ZOOM and will include feedback where necessary. A link to the recorded class will be available for 7 days.

A note about props:
These practices require props. 1-2 belts, 2 blocks, 3 blankets, a bolster and a chair will be used during these practices. We can work with what you have available in your home, but contact Donna at unitedyogamontreal@gmail.com if you have questions.

Ideally you will have a wall (or locked door) available and your mat set up before we begin.
