Yoga Lab: Natarajasana with Donna Read

A Yoga Lab is a great place to dive deeper into one posture. Join Donna for a two-hour intensive as we focus on accessing and refining Natarajasana (Dancer’s Pose). Working with this posture includes finding balance, exploring backbends from a standing posture, and challenging the psoas, hip flexors, and quadriceps.

Donna will demonstrate adjustments and support along the way to help access this advanced posture. Bring your body as it is and prepare to have fun!

Join Donna on July 20th for Yoga Lab: Kurmasana. Summer Special: Both Yoga Labs: $50 + tax

This course will take place live on ZOOM and will include feedback where necessary. A link to the recorded class will be available for 7 days.

A note about props:
This intensive will use basic props: a belt, 2 blocks, 3 blankets, a bolster, and a chair.

Ideally you will have a wall (or locked door) available and your mat set up before we begin.
